# Clinician review brief

**Fasolati · Proposed design-review cohort · Version 01 · September 13, 2026**

## The invitation in one minute

A proposed cohort of **5–8 clinicians**, each joining a **30-minute individual walkthrough**, would help examine how Fasolati presents product information, fictional observations and uncertainty.

This is an **expression-of-interest stage**. The cohort size is a planning target, not an enrollment or remaining-slots count. No participation, date, payment, samples, software access or continuing membership is promised.

## What you would review

- A supplied fictional Life Board scenario: what is observed, what is inferred and what cannot yet be concluded.
- The Loria dossier: which label and evidence questions are answered, unanswered or hard to find.
- The clarity and usability of the presentation—not a patient’s health or a product’s clinical performance.

Perspectives sought include general dentistry, periodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental hygiene, with room for primary care or dental informatics.

## Three questions

1. Can a clinician distinguish an observation, an interpretation, a hypothesis and an unsupported claim?
2. Can the reader find the source, date, method and limitations—and recognize insufficient information?
3. Which change would make the presentation clearer without implying a treatment recommendation?

## Proposed 30-minute agenda

| Minutes | Focus |
|---|---|
| 00–04 | Confirm design-only scope, fictional material and no-patient-data rule. |
| 04–09 | Read without coaching; explain what the presentation appears to say. |
| 09–18 | Walk through a fictional case; locate evidence and uncertainty. |
| 18–25 | Challenge the Loria dossier; identify missing fields and overclaim risks. |
| 25–30 | Prioritize one usability change and close. |

## Firm boundaries

**No patients. No patient data. No clinical study or validation.**

Do not bring specimens, medical records, lab results, clinical-system screenshots or real case histories. No product administration, diagnosis, treatment or clinical-outcome evaluation is included.

Moderator notes about product usability are proposed; no audio or video recording is planned. Scope, permission for notes, retention and withdrawal arrangements must be agreed before a session. Participation would not authorize marketing use of names, practice logos or quotations, and would not make a reviewer an endorser.
